About Us

Hello, we are Francesco and Irene.
I (Francesco) am Leonardo's grandson, and together with my wife, we have decided to carry on hospitality at Casa Leonardo.

Our passions are: food, wine, coffee, nature, and travel.
That's why we love suggesting to our guests where to eat, what to drink, and what to do.

Ischia

Ischia is a place where nature, culture, and flavors blend together in perfect harmony.
The deep green of its vegetation, the scent of the sea in the air, the light caressing the façades of the houses—everything here seems to remind you that beauty is found in simple things.

Your day can start with breakfast on the terrace, as the scent of lemons mixes with the golden sunlight illuminating Mount Epomeo.
From there, the island invites you to explore at your own pace: a walk through Forio's alleyways, a visit to the Aragonese Castle, an afternoon in the thermal gardens.

The island's flavors complete the experience. From seafood dishes to traditional specialties like Ischitan-style rabbit, every bite tells a story. All paired with a glass of Biancolella, the local white wine.

There's no need to rush, or plan every detail. Ischia teaches you to let go, to appreciate the moment, to live like someone born here.
Once you arrive, you'll find it hard to leave.
